My name is Bob Billett. I am the owner and operator of PROSPER CORE AERATION. I have been doing Core Aeration and other landscape services since 1992. Currently I live in Prosper TX. I service all of Prosper and the surrounding towns. I am a small business and most times you will talk to me to schedule service and see me doing the work onsite.

Services
- Core Aeration -
Core aeration is a type of lawn aeration whereby a machine with hollow tines mechanically removes plugs or "cores" of soil and thatch from a lawn. Core aeration reduces soil compaction, creating a channel through which oxygen, water, and nutrients can penetrate into the soil.

There are other ways to aerate a lawn. For example, some lawn aerators drive solid tines into the earth. But that method isn't considered as effective as core aeration, in which you're creating holes of a significant diameter: 1/2 inch to 3/4 inch. Likewise, you could plunge a pitchfork into the grass every X number of square inches, but that's not feasible for most people.
- Organic Matter Fertilization -
As with our Core Aeration services offered, improving the lawn health is the goal. We use an organic nutrients fertilizer with organic matter. The application can be done alone in the spring or fall alone or added to any of the above services in the spring or fall. Our recommendation is to apply the fertilizer during the core aeration service.
